About Our Agency
I’ve been a State Farm agent for 18 years and recently expanded by acquiring a second office. Today, our team includes nine team members across both locations, all working together to help our customers build stronger financial futures. I’m a proud parent of three very active kids and love supporting organizations in our community, especially those that empower women, such as Opening Doors and She Unites. Role Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Aid in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers' needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation
$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
