Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Aid in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers' needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation
Cash compensation range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
About Our Agency
Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in New Braunfels, TX. Our office is open 8:30-5:30. I have been a State Farm agent since 2012. I am a proud graduate of University of the Incarnate Word and Florida State University. We currently have 3 team members at our agency. We have 65 years of combined insurance experience in our office. Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel and Legion of Honor. Additional languages spoken: Spanish
