About the role

As a Receptionist Officer at Securitas, you play a key role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our clients. This position combines front-desk professionalism with essential security responsibilities. You will monitor the premises, manage access control, support visitor and employee interactions, and help enforce site policies to maintain order. Receptionist Officers frequently serve as the first point of contact, providing information and exceptional customer service to employees, guests, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises to ensure safety and security
• Manage access control for visitors and employees
• Support visitor and employee interactions with professionalism
• Enforce site policies to maintain order
• Serve as the first point of contact, providing information and exceptional customer service

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of security experience
• Proven customer service experience
• Valid driver’s license for operating on-site security vehicles
• Professional, friendly, and positive attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
