Essential Functions, Duties, And Responsibilities

  • Answers multi-line telephone system, takes accurate messages and transfers telephone calls to the appropriate person in an efficient manner
  • Greets and screens incoming visitors in a professional manner and promptly notifies appropriate person of their arrival
  • Opens and distributes incoming mail on a daily basis, and prepares outgoing mail.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of 411 procedure and FDA inspection procedure
  • Maintains a working knowledge of SAP
  • Maintains a working knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications
  • Operates office equipment
  • Verifies data and information
  • Organizes and prioritizes information/tasks
  • Retrieves and compiles information
  • Retrieves and interprets documentation
  • Utilizes computer software (specified above)

Qualifications

  • Educational and Experience Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: Adhere and support KLS Martins quality and safety policies and procedures
  • Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: Ability to retrieve and interpret documentation
  • Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: Ability to work effectively with all levels of internal and external associates/customers/colleagues
  • Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with all levels within the organization
