Essential Functions, Duties, And Responsibilities
- Answers multi-line telephone system, takes accurate messages and transfers telephone calls to the appropriate person in an efficient manner
- Greets and screens incoming visitors in a professional manner and promptly notifies appropriate person of their arrival
- Opens and distributes incoming mail on a daily basis, and prepares outgoing mail.
- Maintains a working knowledge of 411 procedure and FDA inspection procedure
- Maintains a working knowledge of SAP
- Maintains a working knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications
- Operates office equipment
- Verifies data and information
- Organizes and prioritizes information/tasks
- Retrieves and compiles information
- Retrieves and interprets documentation
- Utilizes computer software (specified above)
Qualifications
- Educational and Experience Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: Adhere and support KLS Martins quality and safety policies and procedures
- Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: Ability to retrieve and interpret documentation
- Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: Ability to work effectively with all levels of internal and external associates/customers/colleagues
- Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
