About the role

The Receptionist Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control, and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently, Receptionist Officers will provide customer service and information to a client's employees and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service and information to a client's employees and customers.

Requirements

  • No customer service experience is required. Friendly and positive attitude is preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clear motor vehicle report.
  • Front desk experience is preferred but not required.
  • Walking patrols are a requirement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Pay

$24.00 per hour.

Schedule

Monday - Friday from 6:00 am - 2:00 pm.
