Position: 🧑‍⚕️ 🩺 Receptionist/ Medical Assistant 🧑‍⚕️ 🩺 Location: Taylor Regional Health Clinic at 73 Kingswood Drive Schedule: Full time position- Day Shift 2 positions available 🕗 Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday | 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM What You’ll Do ◉ Assist with exams; assuring exams and documentation occur in a HIPAA compliant setting ◉ Accurately records patient medical history and vital signs in the patient's medical record. ◉ Participates in required education, competencies, and annual training. ◉ Communicates effectively with patients, families, and other team members. ◉ Follows HIPAA compliance. ◉ Responds to emergent situations, demonstrates strong skills, and responds appropriately. ◉ Assist with procedures and follows all verbal and written orders from the provider. ◉ Accurately takes patient phone calls and messages to ensure they are delivered to the provider and follows up with the patient for provider instructions.
