Receptionist - Lexus of Omaha
Purpose
Your Purpose as a Receptionist:
- Answer incoming Lexus dealership calls promptly and professionally, directing callers to the appropriate department or team member and taking accurate messages when needed.
- Welcome guests to the dealership, determine the purpose of their visit, and ensure they are connected with the right department or team member.
- Provide a polished, friendly, and compassionate first impression that reflects the high standards of the Lexus guest experience.
- Support the flow of the dealership by communicating effectively with sales, service, and administrative teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Assist with front desk responsibilities and other administrative duties as assigned by management while maintaining an organized, guest-focused environment.
Basic Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
Additional Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience preferred
Pay
Competitive Pay: $18/hour
Schedule
Flexible Work Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8am-5pm, Wednesday 11am-8pm, Saturdays, 8:30am-6pm
