Job Overview
WilliamSmith Fireplaces of SC, LLC is seeking a friendly, organized, and solutions-oriented Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to serve as a primary point of contact for customers and help ensure a high-quality service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and process incoming leads.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom.
- Maintain showroom appearance and sales support materials.
- Aid with payment collection and customer account support.
- Apply for permits and business licenses as needed.
- Maintain vehicle registrations, permits, passes, and insurance documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer information within the CRM system.
- Provide clear, professional communication with customers through phone, email, and other channels.
- Support customer satisfaction by identifying issues and helping direct customers toward appropriate resolutions.
- Work collaboratively with team members in a positive and professional environment.
- Perform other administrative and customer service duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma is required.
- Prior customer service experience is preferred.
- Basic computer skills are required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office, and Excel is preferred.
- Experience maintaining customer information in CRM systems is helpful.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- A strong organizational and attention to detail are key.
- A friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality is important.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment are beneficial.
- A good time management and multitasking skills are required.
