Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers professionally and set expectations upon arrival
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Schedule sales and service appointments
- Enter customer information accurately into dealership systems
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area (including coffee station)
- Assist with basic administrative tasks
- Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience (automotive experience a plus)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Strong communication, data entry, and multitasking skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work weekends and some holidays
