About the Position
Warner Norcross + Judd is seeking a Receptionist/Hospitality Assistant to join our general services team in Grand Rapids. This role presents a professional, hospitality-centered view of the firm to clients, guests, and firm members. In addition to greeting visitors and managing the reception area, the Receptionist/Hospitality Assistant supports meetings, events, and the day-to-day operations of the office by coordinating conference room readiness, arranging food and beverage service, maintaining client-facing spaces, and providing administrative support.
What You'll Do
- Greet and welcome firm members, clients, and guests in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner.
- Notify firm members promptly of client and guest arrivals.
- Maintain conference rooms, ensuring they are clean, organized, and presentation ready.
- Cook up to 25 lbs. of food and beverages as needed.
- Coordinate conference room reservations and scheduling.
- Aid in the setup, support, and cleanup of meetings and firm events.
- Provide administrative support, including ordering lunches, filing, copying, scanning, and processing expense reports.
- Stock, organize, and maintain kitchen, break room, and food preparation areas.
- Arrange restaurant reservations for business dinners as requested.
- Pick up or coordinate the delivery of food, beverages, and other work-related items, and perform business-related errands as needed.
- Support occasional after-hours meetings and events, including setup, event assistance, and cleanup.
- Provide receptionist desk coverage as needed.

About You
- Experience, Education, and Training:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle privileged and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
