Receptionist
About the Position
Warner Norcross + Judd is seeking a Receptionist to join our legal support team in Lansing. This role presents a professional, client-centered view of the firm to clients, guests and firm members.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome firm members and guests in a welcoming and professional manner.
- Notify firm members of client/guest arrivals.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage the reception and conference room spaces, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Cook up conference room reservations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Absorb other administrative tasks including but not limited to ordering lunches, filing, copying/scanning, and sorting mail.
- Absorb other administrative tasks including but not limited to bringing files to court or shipping centers as needed.

About You
- Experience, Education, and Training: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
