RECEPTIONIST
What you will be doing
- Welcome visitors, answer incoming calls, and provide a 5-star customer service experience.
- Manage visitor registration, temporary badges, and ensure NDA compliance for all guests.
- Routinely calls efficiently and assist employees with inquiries or service requests.
- Support mail and package handling, including receiving, sorting, and notifying employees of deliveries.
- Aid with meeting room scheduling, event setups, and basic office administrative tasks.
- Help maintain office areas such as reception, pantry, and conference rooms in a clean and organized condition.
- Maintain office and pantry supplies as needed.
What we need from you
- 1–3 years of experience in receptionist, concierge, administrative, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional attitude and appearance.
- Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable using MS Office, phone systems, and basic office equipment.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Physical Demands
- Fine and/or gross motor skills, including the ability to grasp, lift and/or carry or otherwise move packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 60 lbs.
- Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended period of time.
- Manual dexterity required for operating office machinery (phone, copy machines, binding equipment, etc.).
- Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater frequently.
