Responsibilities
- Receive and monitor visitors by welcoming on-site guests, determining the nature of their business, notifying appropriate staff, and discouraging unauthorized entry.
- Process, receive, sort, and route incoming mail and faxes; forward communications to appropriate personnel; maintain and replenish office and kitchen supplies, including placing and tracking supply orders.
- Provide administrative support to staff, including updating Excel spreadsheets and Word documents with attention to detail, and performing clerical tasks such as sorting, copying, and proofreading.
- Support the planning and execution of onsite and offsite company events by assisting with logistics, coordination, and preparation activities.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED, required.
- 1-2 years receptionist experience preferred.
- A valid NC North Carolina driver license, per state law, and/or access to reliable transportation to perform work-related travel required.
