About the role
The Part-Time Receptionist position serves as the first point of contact while providing outstanding customer service and support to residents, guests, and team members.
Responsibilities
- Greet residents, visitors, and vendors while creating a friendly and professional first impression.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, providing timely and accurate information.
- Aid residents and guests with questions, directions, and general support needs.
- Handle mail, packages, and front desk organization to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support safety and security procedures by monitoring visitor access and maintaining awareness of surroundings.
Requirements
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or clerical work preferred.
- Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
- Friendly, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment.
- Comfortable interacting with residents, guests, and team members.

Friday: 10:30 am – 6:30 pm
Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 am – 6:30 pm
