Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist all customers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
- Manage customer check-ins and notify appropriate staff of arrivals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and waiting area
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and message taking
- Assist with scheduling appointments as needed
- Support team members with additional tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (email, data entry, scheduling systems)
- Reliable and punctual
