Receptionist
Overview
Are you a dedicated professional with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service? HCI Systems is seeking a dynamic Receptionist to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage a high volume of incoming calls utilizing a multi-line phone system, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
- Provide support as a Receptionist and assist as needed to both Service and Testing Departments, including Accounts Receivable - Daily Checks Log, office supply orders, confirmations, matching packing slips, archiving, and data entry.
- Avoid administrative duties as needed.
- Identify customer needs and assist with administrative tasks.
- Maintain/renew business licenses and various permits.
- Provide support to the Vice President and Sales team.
- Complete all appropriate company paperwork as required.
Qualifications
- Excellent attendance and a zero-tolerance policy for unprofessional behavior.
- Strong commitment to professionalism, attention to detail, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficient in professional phone etiquette, front desk organization, and teamwork.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to fluctuating workloads and high call volumes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle routine inquiries with clarity and professionalism.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
