Receptionist

About the Role

Bring your administrative skills and winning personality to our nursing center. As a receptionist, you directly impact the nursing center's reputation by being the first person that patients, residents, family members, candidates, or clients interact with. This role is vital in fostering a welcoming and professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls professionally and courteously and redirect them appropriately.
• Warmly welcome, greet, and direct patients, visitors, and guests.
• Coordinate outgoing and incoming mail.
• Maintain current lists of patients/residents by name/room number and employees by name/phone extension.
• Order supplies and perform other clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients and visitors and respond to their medical and physical needs.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Must be proficient with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

Pay

Posted Salary Range: USD $15.00 - USD $15.00/Hr.
