Our client, a world-class strategic financial services firm, is seeking a Receptionist who will contribute to an environment defined by expertise, inclusivity, and a passion for elevating client experiences. This firm prides itself on its collaborative environment and great work/life balance. This position is on site at their beautiful Midtown, Manhattan office.

- Comfortable acting as the central hub for information, coordination, and guest experience
- Adept with MS Office and quick to learn new systems
- Someone who brings sound judgment, urgency, and a polished presence to every interaction
- Experienced in reception, customer service, administrative support, hospitality, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, visitors, and clients entering the office
- Oversee guest check-in, ensure proper routing, and communicate arrivals to internal teams
- Manage a multi-line phone system, screen sales outreach, and direct calls appropriately
- Coordinate conference room bookings, catering needs, and scheduling requests in partnership with administrative and café teams
- Use MS Office daily for calendars, room reservations, and internal communications
- Support cross-departmental projects and assist with ad hoc tasks as needs arise
- Provide concierge-style support including dining reservations, car service coordination, and other executive requests
- Maintain subscriptions and office resources such as newspapers and magazines
- Direct employees to Security, Helpdesk, Facilities, or HR contacts when needed
- Partner closely with the Founder/CEO's Office, Executive Support Team, and administrative colleagues

Pay
$65,000 – 70,000 annually, based on experience
