About the Role
The Receptionist will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The duties of the Receptionist include providing support to multiple salespeople and assisting in daily office needs. They will actively provide sales support by qualifying and entering vendor quotes into our software. The role will include answering the telephones and greeting guests upon arrival.
Responsibilities
- Enter vendor quotations into the software system
- Review and analyze vendor quotes for complete essential information
- Handle the daily general clerical functions such as filing, answering phones, creating correspondence, and assisting customers when the salesperson is not available
- Aid salespeople in resolving issues
- Populate Excel templates for large vendor quotes and upload them to our software
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or GED Certification
- Previous 1- 2 years of experience with aerospace fastener distributor preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Work, Outlook, and strong Excel skills
- Strong data entry skills
- Solid communication skills, verbal and written
- Organized and has efficient time management skills
- Must be detail oriented
Special Requirements
- U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.
- ITAR requirement 120.15. Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
