Opened in 2018, Amira Choice Minnetonka is a 100 unit senior living community offering Independent and Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Care Suites. Located minutes from The Ridgedale Mall, St Louis Park, and near major highways, it boasts an exceptional team of caregivers committed to enhancing residents' lives.
Responsibilities
- Functions as receptionist for the building: Greets and provides courteous assistance to visitors, residents, and vendors.
- Answers the telephone, takes accurate messages, and ensures delivery of messages to appropriate persons.
- Maintains workspace in a clean and orderly manner to create a positive first impression.
- Responds to medical, fire, maintenance, and security emergencies according to building policies and procedures.
- Provides clerical support as requested: types and sends out memos/communications, copies, collates, and files documents.
- Schedules and reserves various rooms and Guest Suites within the building.
- Orders office supplies as needed.
- Manages, sorts, distributes building mail and package pickup for residents.
- Manages and reconciles the key fob system.
- Updates building directories.
- May manage and reconcile petty cash.
- Supports sales and marketing department: collects information from prospective clients, provides tours, assists with new move-in paperwork/pictures/keys.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- One year related work experience in a related work environment
Qualifications
- Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience in a customer service role
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Pay
An individual's pay rate within the posted range may be determined by various factors, including skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Schedule
The Schedule includes 20 hours per two-week day/early evening shift every other Saturday rotation.
