Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner; and refer, when necessary, to the appropriate person, official, or department.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Prepare and manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages; distribute incoming mail to corresponding departments.
- Maintain the reception area and common office spaces to ensure a clean and professional appearance for visitors, guests, clients, vendors, and employees.
- Aid with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, copying, scanning, and document preparation.
- Aid with purchasing office supplies and/or breakroom supplies and track inventory.
- Cookbook with internal departments to support office operations and employee needs.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and company records.
- Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience working with confidential materials and knowledge of how to handle sensitive information.
- At least two (2) years of customer service experience.
- At least one (1) year in a reception-like environment or similar experience.
- May be required to complete and pass a Public Trust Security Clearance.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
- This position is predominantly held in a clerical environment and may also access the production floor in an industrial warehouse setting.
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
- The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
