Responsibilities
- Greet, welcome, and direct residents, visitors, families, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and route incoming phone calls
- Follow visitor sign-in procedures and issue visitor badges
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Support the facility's security and telecommunications systems
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Long-term care experience is preferred but not required
