Job Description
Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the office.
Effectively communicate with other departments through verbal and/or written correspondence.
Operate telephone switchboard handling incoming and outgoing calls.
Organize and distribute branch mail.
Assists with other duties as assigned within the department or elsewhere on request.
Desired Skills & Experience
- A high school education or its equivalent is preferred
- Above average communication skills (written and verbal)
- Organize and interpret data
- Ability to handle multiple assignments
