About the role
Greets visitors and residents courteously and assists with questions/problems or refers to appropriate department. Serves as central communications during emergencies. Answers all incoming calls in a timely manner and directs calls to appropriate party. Completes administrative duties including but not limited to mail distribution, copying, computer work, etc. Monitors security cameras in conjunction with security staff.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1+ year(s) of administrative/receptionist experience.
Qualifications
