Position: Recent Grad RN Responsibilities: Develop real-world patient care experience and collaborate with healthcare teams. Utilize the nursing process (assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating) to meet patient needs across various clinical scenarios. Qualifications Recent graduate of an accredited nursing programRN license required before employment beginsLess than one year of professional nursing experienceCertification in Basic Life Support (BLS) Key Skills & Experience: Experience with cardiac, postpartum, neuro, oncology, orthopedic, ostomy, wound, drain care, EKG monitoring, PCA pumps, traction, cast, tube feeding, and healing procedures is encouraged. Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability are essential. Additional Details: Opportunities include day, night, and mid shifts with full-time, part-time, or per diem options.
