Receiving Warehouse Associate, 12-9pm

About the role

Crawford Electric Supply, a member of the Sonepar group, is seeking a Warehouse Associate for its Katy Distribution Center. Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and package product for shipping (shrink‑wrapping, boxing, labeling).
• Stage product for loading and load product onto trucks.
• Unload materials from trucks and move materials to warehouse storage.
• Move waste to dumpsters.
• Perform quality control to ensure no damaged product is sent out or accepted.
• Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and OSHA safety standards.
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) – stand‑up, reach truck, order picker, and sit‑down propane forklift.
• Complete daily logs for PIT usage.
• Adhere to all processes, clean and maintain work areas, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 2 + years of related experience and/or training.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Punctuality and excellent attendance.
• PIT proficiency (reach truck, order picker, sit‑down propane forklift); current certification a plus.
• Manual dexterity for operating machinery and handling small parts.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lb and walk/stand for long periods.
