Responsibilities

  • Systemically receive white glove sales orders and transfers
  • File freight claims with inbound freight lines
  • Maintain location-to-location transfer report
  • Record and report all inbound freight discrepancies

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of clerical or administrative experience
  • Computer literate with familiarity in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management, and general administration
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
