Receiving Clerk

Role Summary: Responsible for receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming food, supplies, and equipment for dining and hospitality operations. Key Duties Receive deliveries and compare items to purchase orders for accuracy.Inspect goods for condition and verify quantities and product specifications.Maintain organized, clean storage areas and follow proper rotation practices (FIFO).Track inventory levels, support storage readiness, and ensure product availability.Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages and communicate issues to relevant teams.Comply with safety, sanitation, and temperature-control standards.Participate in periodic inventory counts and help keep records accurate. Qualifications & Skills Strong attention to detail and ability to verify deliveries against documentation.Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and temperature-control requirements.Proficiency in inventory tracking and maintaining organized storage.Clear communication and teamwork with culinary and service teams.Reliable, respectful client service aligned with a people-first culture.
