Receiving Clerk
The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel is located in the famed Deer Valley ski resort, approximately 40 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport. The property is part of a large development featuring 17 ski lifts, about 1,600 residential units, eight hotels with roughly 1,350 rooms, 250,000 sq ft of conference and retail space, and one of the world’s largest “ski beaches.” The hotel itself offers 381 rooms (including 22 suites), 25,900 sq ft of net indoor meeting space, multiple dining venues, a pool/après‑ski bar, coffee bistro, outdoor event terrace, pool, three whirlpools, kids club, fitness area, and 55 condominium residences.
Responsibilities
- Receive, stock, and deliver food and non‑food items to various departments
- Maintain par levels for necessary items
- Perform general upkeep of all storeroom areas
- Lift moderate to heavy weights as required
- Communicate basic information with team members and vendors
Qualifications
- Oversee product placement and organization into correct storerooms
- Pull packing slips from all deliveries
- Check in food deliveries
- Perform internal delivery of food items as requested by outlets
- Receive invoices through the internal procurement system
- Maintain and update inventory sheet counts
- Receive product as part of dual controls from vendors upon delivery
- Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
