We are searching for a Shipping Administrator for our Jefferson City, MO location. This position will report to the DC Supervisor. Want to build a career in Warehousing? Responsibilities

• Performs clerical duties including typing, filing, and completion of simple forms.
• Operates office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment.
• Copies, sorts, and files records related to office activities, business transactions, and other matters.
• Prepares letters, memos, forms, and reports according to written or verbal instructions.
• Maintains filing systems either manually or electronically.
• Communicate and direct drivers to correct pick up location.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, primarily Excel.
• Adhere to all safety procedures & help promote a clean work environment.
• Work the schedule assigned (including overtime) and maintain good attendance.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
