Receiving Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure precise and efficient order filling and verification to uphold quality standards
• Operate machinery for scanning, sorting, and inducting orders
• Conduct daily cycle counts accurately
• Identify pieces and correct quantities
• Utilize Oracle, Microsoft Word, and Excel for work tasks
• Gain familiarity with jewelry products and uphold a clean and efficient workspace

Basic Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• An accurate, efficient, and organized work style
• The ability to multitask and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Computer literacy, including the use of calculators
• Demonstrated proficiency in tasks requiring manual dexterity and close-range detail observation
• A self-motivated individual capable of working independently or on a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the Mettler Scale
• Oracle experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
