Receiving Associate

Responsibilities

• Check delivered shipments for damage or discrepancies
• Compare received items to packing slip to verify accuracy and report any discrepancies found
• Help to ensure all consumer deals are received within 24 hours of delivery
• Maintain 5S organization for receiving area
• Other duties as assigned by receiving lead and/or operations manager

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Effective at performing detail-oriented tasks
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using a warehouse management system
• Microsoft Office experience a plus
• Camera knowledge a plus

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Must be able to lift and carry at least 40 lbs regularly. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Use of ladders and material handling equipment may be required.
