We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Must include Pay and Schedule sections only if posting actually states them. The posting includes schedule: "Schedule 4-10 hr Shifts! Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday: 6:30am - 5:00pm". Also includes Pay: "Starting Pay: $22.50 per hour Monthly Incentive Bonus". Also includes Benefits list: medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, disability, life insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO, product discounts, etc. Also includes additional benefits later: mental health coverage, gender affirming, family building, paid parental leave, associate discounts, community involvement. So we can combine Benefits section. Qualifications: list of qualifications: ability to work overtime, prior warehouse experience preferred, experience operating powered industrial equipment preferred, ability to safely perform physically demanding work (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking, heights up to 30 ft, repetitive movements), experience with or readiness to learn warehouse technology, regular reliable attendance, commitment to safety policies and PPE. Responsibilities: list of responsibilities: safely operate powered industrial equipment per OSHA and Ferguson safety procedures; accurately pick, sort, stage, store, transport product; perform daily tasks using RF scanners, voice systems, labor management systems; build, wrap, label, organize pallets, containers, materials; maintain product accuracy, quality, safety; communicate effectively with team members; maintain clean organized safe workspace; adhere to safety requirements including PPE and fall-protection; participate in team meetings and communicate concerns; comply with company policies; perform other duties as assigned. Also there is "Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre‑employment drug screening and background check." That's a condition; could be part of Qualifications or maybe a note. Might include under Qualifications or maybe a separate section? Not required but we can include under Qualifications as a bullet. Also "At Ferguson, we care for each other..." that's more boilerplate about benefits; we already captured benefits. We must not include EEO etc. We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe a paragraph summarizing role). The posting includes description: "Ferguson is currently seeking Weekend Shift Receivers/Inbound Dock Associates for our Coxsackie, NY distribution center. This role is ideal for individuals with warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience who take pride in safe, accurate, and dependable work." That could be About the role. Responsibilities: as above. Qualifications: as above. Skills: maybe not separate; we could combine with Qualifications. But we need to decide if we have a Skills section. The posting does not explicitly list skills separate from qualifications; we could omit Skills section if no specific content. Better to omit. Benefits: list. Pay: Starting Pay $22.50 per hour, Monthly Incentive Bonus. Schedule: 4-10 hr shifts, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday: 6:30am - 5:00pm. We must not include placeholder like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to ensure we preserve all substantive info. Let's capture all details. Now produce HTML:

Monthly Incentive Bonus

Schedule

Schedule 4‑10 hr Shifts! Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday: 6:30am - 5:00pm

We need to ensure we didn't duplicate Monthly Incentive Bonus; it's in both Benefits and Pay. Might be okay but could be considered duplication. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Duplication is okay if it's in the source; but we might want to avoid duplication by placing it only once. The posting mentions Monthly Incentive Bonus under Pay And Benefits section. It also lists benefits later. It's okay to include in either Pay or Benefits. To avoid duplication, we could put it only under Pay. But the benefits list also includes "Monthly Incentive Bonus" as a bullet? Actually the benefits list earlier: "Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Certification (training provided)Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, plus FSA/HSA, Disability, and Life insurance (eligible after 30 days)401(K) Retirement Savings Plan with company matchPaid Time Off, including Vacation, Sick Time, Holidays, Parental Leave, and WellnessProduct Discounts, and more". No mention of Monthly Incentive Bonus there. Later after benefits paragraph they mention "Our competitive offering not only includes benefits like health, dental, vision, paid time off, life insurance and a 401(k) with a company match, but our associates also enjoy additional meaningful and inclusive enhancements...". No mention of Monthly Incentive Bonus there. So the Monthly Incentive Bonus appears only under Pay And Benefits heading. So we should include it under Pay section only, not duplicate in Benefits. Thus adjust Benefits list to exclude Monthly Incentive Bonus. Also note "Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Certification (training provided)" is a qualification? Actually it's under Pay And Benefits line: "Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Certification (training provided)". That is a benefit (certification provided). Should we include under Benefits? It is a benefit: training provided for PIT certification. Could be under Benefits or Qualifications. The posting lists it under Pay And Benefits: "Starting Pay: $22.50 per hourMonthly Incentive BonusPowered Industrial Truck (PIT) Certification (training provided)Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, plus FSA/HSA, Disability, and Life insurance (eligible after 30 days)401(K) Retirement Savings Plan with company matchPaid Time Off, including Vacation, Sick Time, Holidays, Parental Leave, and WellnessProduct Discounts, and more". So we should include PIT certification as a benefit. Thus Benefits bullets: - Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Certification (training provided) - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, plus FSA/HSA, Disability, and Life insurance (eligible after 30 days) - 401(K) Retirement Savings Plan with company match - Paid Time Off, including Vacation, Sick Time, Holidays, Parental Leave, and Wellness - Product Discounts - Mental health coverage - Gender affirming and family building benefits - Paid parental leave - Associate discounts - Community involvement opportunities Now Pay section: Starting Pay: $22.50 per hour, Monthly Incentive Bonus. Schedule: as given. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO etc. We removed. Now output only HTML fragment. Check for any missing substantive info: The description about Ferguson's mission, values, etc. Could be considered About the role? Might be considered "About the company" but not required. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we could include About the role with a brief description of the role and maybe also include company overview? The posting includes a lot about Ferguson's mission, but that's not directly about the role. However we could include a short paragraph under About the role summarizing the role and maybe the company's purpose? The instruction says "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". It doesn't forbid including company overview. But we should preserve all substantive information. The mission statement etc is substantive but maybe not required for the role. However we could include it under About the role as a paragraph describing the company and role. But risk of being considered filler? It's substantive. Let's include a paragraph under About the role that includes the company description and the role specifics. Thus About the role:
