$20.60 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Safely load and unload trailers using a forklift and other material‑handling equipment.
• Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and accurately enter receipt information into company systems.
• Organize, store, and replenish raw materials to support production and operational needs.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety policies and procedures.
• Support housekeeping standards throughout the department and leave equipment and work areas clean at the end of each shift.
• Work efficiently while maintaining accuracy, quality, and safety in all tasks.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to accurately sort, track, and manage materials.
• Excellent hand‑eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Previous forklift experience or the ability to safely operate a forklift and other material‑handling equipment.
• Basic ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and safe work practices.
• Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and successfully multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment.
• Previous experience with pneumatic tools and/or in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Read, understand, and follow work instructions, loading schedules, and production documents.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to follow verbal instructions, interact professionally with coworkers and leadership, and adapt to changing priorities.
