About the role

The RA Specialist is responsible for day-to-day coordination of U.S. salaried ADA and workplace accommodation cases, with a focus on structured case operations, proactive employee support, and timely, policy-aligned execution. Final accommodation determinations remain with the Accommodations SME, but this role owns the operational “engine” of the process, ensuring cases move efficiently, documentation is complete, and employees and leaders have clear guidance at every step. You will expand coverage to additional case types (e.g., unpaid leaves that transition into job search), launch proactive outreach linked to disability-related leaves of absence, support global expansion of GM’s accommodations model, and help
