Realty Project Coach

Position Summary

You will join our Realty Execution team for Walmart US to deliver store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet our high standards of quality. You will partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track.

What you'll do...

• Influence others by motivating your team to meet timelines and deliverables on projects.
• Lead and manage projects in your assigned stores, communicating plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
• Own the execution of projects, developing associates through supervision, training, and mentorship.
• Travel frequently to support projects across the US, often away from home for extended periods.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing their contributions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and support the Open-Door Policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Master’s degree in Business or related field (preferred).
• 1 year’s experience leading cross-functional teams (preferred).
• Project Management - Management Professional Certification (preferred).
