Realty Project Coach

Position Summary

You will join our Realty Execution team for Walmart US to deliver store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee hourly team members, manage projects on time and within budget, and ensure they meet our quality standards. You will also partner with store leadership to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Master’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams preferred.
• Project Management - Management Professional Certification preferred.

Additional Information

• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must be willing to travel up to 1000 miles from home, with frequent overnight stays.
• Salary range: $60,000 - $110,000 annually.
