About the role
TTEC is seeking a Temporary Workforce Management Specialist– Real Time to join their team in Charlotte, NC. This role involves coordinating staffing needs and making adjustments to ensure client needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and compare staffing daily headcount to total headcount, and make recommendations on staffing adjustments.
- Report to the Workforce Manager.
- Impact the business, teams, and departments through analysis and recommendations.
- Pinpoint areas for improvement through monitoring call volumes and analyzing staffing needs.
- Prepare staffing reports with new information.
- Forecast staffing and recommend headcounts on a day-to-day, short-term basis.
- Manage multiple, complex, ongoing tasks using time management and organizational skills.
Requirements
- 6 months or more data analysis experience.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A solution-oriented mindset.
- Understanding, interpreting, and manipulating data for reporting.
- Computer experience.
