Responsibilities
- Review and track property violations issued by city or state agencies.
- Cook with property managers, attorneys, and contractors to ensure timely resolution of violations.
- Maintain accurate records of open and closed violations in compliance databases.
- Prepare and submit required documentation, affidavits, or permits to regulatory authorities.
- Monitor deadlines and follow up with stakeholders to avoid penalties or escalations.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience managing tenant records, preferably within an NFP or OPWDD setting.
- MS Office experience required.
