Responsibilities

• Negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements
• Facilitating secured lending transactions
• Applying for state and federal tax credits

Requirements

• 2-6+ years of real estate transactional experience
• Washington State Bar membership
• JD

Qualifications

Competitive candidates will have a strong academic record, excellent writing skills, and experience with transactions involving tax credits.
