About the role
Greenspoon Marder LLP is seeking a Real Estate Transactional Associate to join the Miami office with 5+ years of substantive general experience involving real estate transactional (commercial and residential) party representation. Ideal candidates should have experience with lender representation, sophisticated commercial real estate finance transactions, developer representation and leasing. Must be proficient at complex legal drafting. Prior law firm experience and Florida Bar required. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in real estate transactions including commercial and residential properties.
- Participate in lender representation, sophisticated commercial real estate finance transactions, and developer representation.
- Handle leasing matters and other aspects of real estate transactions.
- Proficient in complex legal drafting.
Requirements
- Prior law firm experience.
- Florida Bar membership.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) with professional-level proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking both languages.
Qualifications
- Substantive general experience in real estate transactional matters.
- Experience with lender representation, commercial real estate finance, developer representation, and leasing.
- Proficiency in complex legal drafting.
