About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to support our real estate team by managing all phases of residential real estate transactions from contract to closing. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and is committed to providing exceptional service to clients and agents throughout the transaction process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of residential real estate transactions from contract to closing
  • Handle paperwork, including contracts, disclosures, and other legal documents
  • Coordinate with clients, agents, and third-party vendors to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions
  • Communicate effectively with clients and agents to address concerns and provide updates
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Experience with real estate transactions preferred
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to real estate transactions
