Real Estate Showing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
• Work alongside sales agents to navigate their clients through property showings
• Provide detailed, written feedback to help refine or confirm clients’ search criteria
• Develop and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
• Allocate a minimum of 10 hours per week to generating leads
• Participate in weekly script practice sessions in alignment with team standards
• Engage in team activities and uphold team standards
• Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Utilize PLACE Technology for task and activity management

Qualifications

• You are comfortable with significant driving responsibilities
• You are adept at identifying clients’ needs and pairing them with the right properties
• You are keen to learn and grow
• You are motivated, with a proven track record of success
• You possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent
• A Real Estate License is required to join the team (but not to apply)
