Real Estate Senior Associate - Boston

Responsibilities

• Work on acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development, financing, preferred equity, joint ventures, and other real estate ownership structures.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on a wide range of matters, including residential, retail, mixed-use, data center, warehousing, and e-commerce projects.
• Contribute to a dynamic department serving a diverse client base.

Requirements

• At least six years of extensive experience with real estate transactions.
• Interest in joining and actively contributing to a dynamic department.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar is required.

Qualifications

• Large firm experience is preferred.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $350,000 to $380,000. Employee compensation within this range is determined by various factors including relevant education, qualifications, experience, and organizational needs.
