  • Master the Sales Process: Learn our proprietary system for rigorously following up with provided leads and turning them into loyal clients.
  • Become a Local Expert: Gain deep local knowledge of the Minneapolis community to consult clients on the home and the neighborhood.
  • Nurture Relationships: Build relationships that generate repeat business and referrals, building your long-term success.
  • Guide Transactions: Meet with clients, understand their needs, and confidently guide them through the purchase or sale process.

Qualifications

  • No Prior Real Estate Experience Required.
  • Unwavering Self-Motivation: A fierce internal drive and a desire for massive professional growth.
  • Coachability: A willingness to learn new systems, technologies, and to embrace accountability.
