Responsibilities

• Generate opportunities through consistent lead generation
• Strengthen client communication
• Build lasting relationships with buyers and sellers in the luxury market
• Learn how to negotiate and manage transactions
• Work alongside experienced luxury real estate agents to gain exposure to high-end properties
• Refine your approach and build a strong foundation for long-term success in luxury real estate

Requirements

• Proven track record in real estate sales
• Experience in luxury real estate preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for the luxury real estate market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or related field (optional)
• Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience
• Valid California real estate license

$165,000+ annual base salary plus commission
