Monumental Powered by PLACE is hiring a full-time Real Estate Sales Professional to join its team-based model in Fairfax. This partially remote, 100% commission role is for agents who want to build a serious real estate career within a proven, professional environment. Engaged agents on the team typically earn $40,000–$80,000+, with income directly tied to transactions closed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, consultation, showings, offers, and closing.
• Collaborate with internal staff for marketing, listing preparation, and transaction coordination.
• Provide straightforward, data-backed advice about pricing and timing.
• Maintain detailed notes and documents for brokerage and state compliance.
• Participate in ongoing training to refine negotiation and communication skills.
• Represent the Monumental brand at all client and community touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia real estate license and full-time availability.
• Track record (in any field) of meeting goals and following through.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Acceptance of commission-only pay with effort-based upside.
• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends.
