Responsibilities
- Generate listing opportunities through prospecting, referrals, database outreach, community engagement, and ongoing communication with homeowners.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Guide sellers through important decisions, including pricing discussions and listing presentations.
- Collaborate with experienced real estate professionals to gain hands-on exposure to negotiations, marketing strategies, transaction management, and the activities that move listings from the initial conversation through closing.
Requirements
- Licensed real estate agent
- Experience in outbound lead generation, seller conversations, relationship building, and consistent follow-up
- Ability to earn rewarding commissions
