About the role
We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to build a successful listing-focused business, strengthen seller relationships, and grow alongside experienced agents while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, prospecting, and helping homeowners navigate important real estate decisions.
Responsibilities
- Generate listing opportunities through consistent outreach, relationship building, follow-up, and seller consultations.
- Develop confidence with homeowner conversations, understand seller goals, present effective pricing strategies, and communicate the value of a strong marketing plan.
- Continue building the skills that lead to signed listings and successful transactions through real conversations and daily activity.
- Gain exposure to listing presentations, market analysis, negotiation strategies, and transaction management from listing agreement through closing.
- Learn how experienced agents create consistent listing inventory, stay organized throughout the sales process, and maintain strong client relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with sellers.
- Proactive approach to generating leads and managing the sales process.
- Experience in real estate sales or related field preferred.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Passion for real estate and a desire to succeed.

Pay
$160,000 - $160,000/year
Schedule
