Requirements

- Must hold an active Real Estate License in the state of California. - Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a residential real estate agent preferred (or a proven track record of sales success). - Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. - Desire to utilize advanced real estate technology and AI systems to scale your business.

Responsibilities

- Showcase expertise in listing and selling residential real estate, guiding clients through the entire process effectively. - Skillfully negotiate and finalize purchase agreements and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial terms for buyers and sellers. - Prepare and present strong listing value propositions that emphasize the unique benefits you offer to sellers. - Provide expert consultation and guidance to clients throughout the real estate transaction process, ensuring they are well-informed and confident in their decisions. - Dedicate yourself fully to clients, working diligently to ensure their satisfaction and success in the real estate market.

Qualifications

- Must hold an Active Real Estate License in California. - Must reside in close proximity to our Victorville office for training sessions and meetings. - Availability for a full-time commitment to work with both buyers and sellers as leads are generated. - Participation in a comprehensive 1-week training program aimed at ensuring success in the role. - Embrace a team-oriented approach where sharing knowledge is encouraged. - Display enthusiasm and thrive in a dynamic and energetic work environment.

Pay

$70,000 - $168,000/year
